STUCK! is director Steve Baldersons homage to film noir women-in-prison films. Faithfully re-producing the genre with a modern, tongue-in-cheek twist, expect all the hallmarks of a classic prison movie complete with a wrongly accused heroine, hard boiled dames, diabolical alliances, forbidden love, cat-fighting cuties, a sadistic warden, and corrupt prison guards.STUCK! stars Karen Black, Susan Traylor, Jane Wiedlin, Mink Stole, Stacy Cunningham, Starina Johnson and Pleasant Gehman. Its the story of Daisy, an innocent young woman framed for killing her mother. Condemned by the press and the public, Daisy is found guilty of murder and sentenced to die by hanging. This jazzy, finger-snapping, broads-behind-bars film is a throwback to another era, with terse Tennessee Williams-style verbal sparring, non-stop action and enough bad-girl jailhouse hi-jinks to make the audience lose the distinction between good and evil.Filmed in 2009 for a 2010 release. For more information visit: www.STUCKnoir.com

The time is the too-near future. Powered and enabled by the invention known as the Great Machine, the worlds machines have turned on mankind and sparked social unrest, decimating the human population before being largely shut down. But as our world fell to pieces, a mission began to salvage the legacy of civilization; a group of small creations was given the spark of life by a scientist in the final days of humanity, and they continue to exist post-apocalypse. With their group so few, these "stitchpunk" creations must summon individual strengths well beyond their own proportions in order to outwit and fight against still-functioning machines, one of which is a marauding mechanized beast.

The exxxcavate crawler is having less errors. It was originally creating a bad slug with listing titles that contained “-” ( hyphen ) in it, simply by creating the slug with a “–” in it. Easy enough, i just added another str_replace call to it and it cleared right up

Also, some of the titles were ending up with hex characters in them ( %20 , %33 etc,… ) so i added a rawurldecode to the call and i think its cleared up. Some of the titles now have special chars like ( ! ) or ( : ) in them and they seem to parse fine, and get left out in the slug ( which is good ). One concern, there was a listing grabed last night that had nothing but special chars like “色戒做爱” and the slug was totally empty. Some of the japanese films sometimes are just japanese characters, which are considered special, which would all get blanked in the slug. I am going to check if the slug is empty and if so, create a mock slug ( like the post id ) so at least something is in that field. Otherwise, i don’t think the listing would show.

I am creating a form to easily check crawl vars for new sites. Hopefully i can have those all added today
